We cover narcissistic relationships of all types—with romantic partners, parents, siblings, bosses, coworkers, and friends. 

The community area has separate discussion threads dedicated specifically to survivors with narcissistic partners, parents, family members, workplaces, and more.

How much of the program focuses on the narcissist and their behavior? I want to move on!

The focus of this program is to offer deep insights that open the door to healing and provide you with proven strategies to move forward in your personal growth. 

In my professional experience, that means we do need to spend some time talking about the narcissist and their behavior. But we do it for the purpose of reflecting on how their actions have impacted you. That way, you don’t stay stuck wondering, ‘Is it me? Could I change this? Is this my fault?’

The course (and the live support groups) are appropriately moderated by me. It’s not a space to ‘trauma dump,’ but rather to gain validation and feel more understood and empowered. The purpose of understanding narcissistic behavior and motivations is to learn how it impacted you so you can move forward with clarity and self-compassion.

Are the lessons, support groups, and Q&A calls recorded?

All of the course modules and guided meditations are pre-recorded by me. You will also receive a downloadable and customizable workbook that includes reflection questions, journal prompts, and worksheets for every module and lesson to further aid your understanding and healing journey.

All live Q&A calls are recorded so you can get your questions answered, even if you can’t join in real time. The live support groups are not recorded to protect the privacy of the members.

Can I remain anonymous?
